NYU’s undergraduate research journal for art history, architecture, and urban design.

We are a student-run journal from NYU’s Department of Art History which strives to publish original undergraduate research by New York City students. The journal has contributed valuable insights to the fields of art history, architecture and urban design since 2008.

Ink & Image’s mission is to foster a platform accessible to undergraduate researchers, giving their original ideas the opportunity to shape academic discourse, provide novel and diverse critical perspectives, and, in the process, expand the community of young scholars.
